Sponsorship and Vendor Guidelines
The First Global Conference on Environment & Sustainability (GCES) will be held from June 9 to 11, 2024 in the ancient mystical city of Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. The conference has three themes, but is not limited to air pollution and climate change, solid waste management, and sustainable development and environmental policies.
Levels of Sponsorship
- Platinum Sponsor: NR 850,000
- Gold Sponsor: NR 550,000
- Silver Sponsor: NR 350,000
Partner
- At least NR 150,000. Must be an institution involved in education and/or research activities.
Vendor
- At least NR 100,000 per table. Any organization or an individual working along the line of conference themes.
Sponsorship Benefits
Platinum Sponsor
- Inclusion of logo and name of participating institution in all electronic and print materials of the conference; display of logo during all breaks.
- Free registration for 5 individuals.
- A table and wall space for display.
Gold Sponsor
- Inclusion of logo and name of participating institution in all electronic and print materials of the conference; display of logo during lunch breaks.
- Free registration for 3 individuals.
- A table and wall space for display.
Silver Sponsor
- Inclusion of logo and name of participating institution in all electronic and print materials of the conference.
- Free registration for 2 individuals.
- A table and wall space for display.
Partner
- Inclusion of logo and name of participating institution in all electronic and print materials of the conference.
- Free registration for 2 individuals.
Vendor
- A Table and wall space for display.
- Free registration for 1 individual.
Additionally, the organizing committee is open for suggestions related to following topics during the conference:
- Symposia/pleanry sessions/technical sessions
- Training or workshops
- Mountain exhibition
- Documentary presentation
- Publication of journal special issue
Funding Guidelines
The funding options can be agreed upon based on financial policy of prospective partner organization. In general, the GCES preferes program support for specific purpose, including symposia, trainings, workshops, and exhibitions.
The sponsor may either provide a one-time payment to the conference or directly make reimbursement to the vendor for items listed below.
