Dr. Mohan B. Dangi earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in geography and environmental engineering at the Johns Hopkins University. He received M.Sc. in environmental science and engineering and B.Sc. in chemical engineering with a minor in Asian studies and international politics from the Colorado School of Mines. A licensed professional engineer in Colorado, Dr. Dangi is an Associate Professor of Environmental Systems and Policy in the Department of Geography and City & Regional Planning at California State University, Fresno. His research interest encompasses across municipal solid waste management, urban-rural interface issues in developing countries, water/wastewater, and environmental change in mountain ecosystems.
